Ops Engineer | Azure | ITIL
Currently one of our international clients in the Netherlands is looking to expend one of their DevOps teams. As a result of the launch of a new application they are looking for a Medior DevOps engineer. The company belongs to one of the biggest Insurance companies in the world. Are you pro-active, do you take ownership and are you able to monitor and maintain the applications? Then you are the candidate for us.
About your role
As Cloud Support Engineer your focus will be to provide support to the engineering teams. Next to this you are responsible for the support and implementation of ITIL processes, with the goal of improving the efficiency of the business processes and optimising services towards the relevant stakeholders. Your focus area are the process clusters 'Monitoring, Access-, Incident-, Change- Performance. You will need to analyse and process user questions and incidents. If necessary, you can do this with the other teams within the organisation.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
Azure Services:
Able to understand and support the key elements of the solution such as: Data lake storage, virtual machines, SQL server, log analytics, key vault
Familiar with Azure DevOps so you can run pipelines and identify errors, understanding automation concepts and Test pipelines runs
Experience in the Operational field (ITIL)
Understanding of ETL Tooling
Basic Security and Networking knowledge
