Our client is an international law firm that operates in four continents. They are looking for a paralegal to support a partner at the firm. The partner has years of experience in advising banks and other financial institutions. The firm works collaboratively and maintains a friendly working environment.
The job duties include:
- Conducting legal research advised by the partners
- Support on leading structures and term sheets
- Drafting and advising on finance leases
- Advise and drafting documentation and advising on cross-border arrangements
- Assist with shipping finance documents, registration, and distribution
- Liaise with internal and external parties and manage transaction projects
