Oliver James are currently partnered with a large scale insurer that need to hire a PMO/Project Manager on a permanent basis.

This business is looking to add additional staff to a high performing team in a growing organization. They need someone who is able to assist across business change projects and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Remote / London

Key skills;

  • Project planning including support on setting priorities, time lines, milestones, deadlines, and deliverable schedules, managing risk, issues and actions including making updates to RAID logs
  • Ability to act as an agile coach, guiding teams through the implementation process, organise sprints with the teams, keeping the backlog, remove blockers, support stand-ups etc.
  • Organisation of meetings for the project team and with stakeholders outside the team, creating agendas and minutes
