About the Role: As a Pricing and Funded Reinsurance Manager, you will play a key role within the deals team, focusing on building strong relationships and managing outward-facing responsibilities. Your expertise will drive the pricing and funded reinsurance strategies, contributing to the success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for reinsurance and BPA products.
- Manage funded reinsurance processes, with a keen understanding of how it impacts front-end pricing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Run your own deals, including new business and reinsurance transactions.
- Develop a portfolio of transaction experience, showcasing your expertise.
- Qualified professional with post-qualification experience in reinsurance and BPA pricing.
- Familiarity with funded reinsurance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of how funded reinsurance factors into front-end pricing.
- Background in reinsurance with exposure to longevity is advantageous.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a desire for an outward-facing role.
