What you will do
- Work closely with the execution team (designers, solution architects, product operations and development, and QA teams) to develop or enhance new products
- Over time and with training, become experts of product configuration capabilities
- Be a part of a scrum team and configure enterprise-level applications using Hamilton's no-code platforms
- Configuration of business rules, forms and other product components in a software product
- Help design product architecture to allow for product reuse across all LOBs, divisions
- Standardize product upgrades, maintenance across all lines of business
- Day to day management of existing product enhancement, underwriting and operation support to drive changes requested
- Client engagement and client support during system testing including (but limited to) forms, rates, rules
- Ensuring that all system documentation errors are logged in Azure DevOps
- Investigate solutions and create test plans for all tickets logged by clients

What you require for the role
- Experience working within a technology or software company, and/or on software implementation/delivery projects.
- Exposure to functions within Insurance such as Underwriting, Actuarial or Operations.
- Proficient using project management / Agile tools like DevOps or Jira
- A skilled communicator, capable of working alone with limited supervision.
- Experience in computer science, ideally some hands-on experience with low code, no code solutions
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment
