Product Manager (Digital Transformation)

You will be working as part of the Digital team, the digital transformation programme that aims to reinvent the lead underwriting business through technology to enable the company to become the best risk selectors in the Lloyd's market through speed, efficiency, and consistency.

You will be working as part of the programme team, collaborating across different busines units to define and deliver the Digital product vision. You must think critically about what we build and why, and managing the work of a Designer.

Responsibilities
User story definition:

  • Lead and oversee the feedback sessions with users to understand their pain points with the current process and identifying new areas of opportunity for development
  • Think holistically about the user journey in order to deliver a smooth overall user experience
  • Work with designers to ensure there is a shared vision for the user experience and that user stories are ready ahead of development starting

Data and business analysis:

  • Analyse data and processes to lead engagement with the third-party delivery partner with requirements
  • Take responsibility for investigative work and utilise technical skills to seek effective solutions
  • Develop close working relationships with users and the third-party engineering team

Product management:

  • Synthesize and drive product vision and Digital strategy based on user research and input from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Break down our epic and feature roadmap with the development team into something that is understandable and deliverable within our agile framework
  • Lead product planning across all workstreams and agile ways of working management

Experience Required

  • Product management experience
  • You can listen to our customers and interpret their needs to define new features
  • You can write clear user stories that can be reified with a development team
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and are laser focused on finding solutions to genuine problems
  • You have experience working in agile Software Development
  • You have experience working with researchers and designers and the service design methodology
