A Market-Leading Specialty Insurer is actively recruiting for a Product Manager to join their Shared Services Division, with the role sitting within Actuarial and Global Ratings.
The successful candidate will be sat within the rating team, owning the agile delivery method and ensuring delivery teams clearly understand the product vision. The candidate must be proficient in executive stakeholder and vendor management, with exceptional skills in the analysis and documentation of complex business processes.
Being a Product Manager is all about delivering business value and owning the long-term product vision. You own the product throughout its entire life-cycle and achieve success through the management of the Product Team's outcomes and shared goals. You will either use scrum or another suitable agile method to ensure you are "delivering the right thing" whilst nurturing the happy tension between yourself, the Scrum Master and the Delivery Team.
The successful candidate must hold experience throughout Insurance or Financial Services, with significant hands on experience of using Agile to achieve shared goals and business outcomes, and broad exposure to a range of global IT systems.
Candidates must hold a UK Passport in order to qualify for this role.
