**Programme Manager - Finance Transformation - Permanent - London**
A Global Insurance client are currently looking for a Programme Manager to join a growing Finance Transformation project. They are at the initial phases of the programme and are looking for someone to join in their journey working with the vendor and being a conduit between the two.
Key skills they are looking for are:
- Project / Programme Management experience
- Finance Transformation experience (Finance, Actuarial, Treasury)
- Proven delivery experience
- Demonstrable experience in successful delivery of large complex programmes
- Experience of making informed accurate decisions at pace
- Strong commercial awareness
- Extensive experience of vendor management and remediating vendor issues
- Experience of adapting and defining delivery methodologies to fit programmes
