As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the Customer Care department and actively contribute to the optimisation of all processes used in customer contact in this department.
You will ensure that your decisions and the resulting measures relating to the customer experience are easy to understand for our guests and can be implemented in practice in a simple and customer-oriented manner.
The satisfaction of our customers is absolutely in focus.
Both the cost/benefit analysis and the proactive definition of requirements that contribute to strengthening customer loyalty, solving customer problems and improving customer satisfaction and processes.
Ideally, you have conceptual and research skills and are able to independently orchestrate the implementation, training and golive of processes and services.
Must speak fluent German
Must have experiance of Process implemation for a focus on the customer
Project Management experiance
Experiance in hospitality or travel sectores are an advantage
