Oliver James' financial services client are currently looking for a driven and focused Project Manager to join the team and deliver a series of exciting improvements to their businesses Customer Success systems.
Key Skills Needed:
- Strong experience working as a pro-active Project Manager
- Experience working on Consumer Duty / Customer experience / Customer Success projects will be highly advantageous
- Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Utilities, Legal)
