Project Management Governance and Reporting Lead - (Philippines national required)
Manage projects and programs in the client's Strategic Initiatives Portfolio to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
Design, implement, and review projects based on standard project management processes and methodologies for the organization.
Lead change management and communication activities across the organization to ensure staff engagement and the attainment of operations transformation objectives.
Serve as direct Project Manager for Operations and some critical cross-functional projects that have a direct impact on the Company's strategic objectives.
Manage the ACR approval process and ensure full compliance with set policies for Significant Projects.
The job is primarily responsible for the effective implementation of key strategic initiatives and related change management activities that will drive the achievement of the clients IFRS 17 Project deliverable.
The role is also highly involved in the management of the design, implementation, and control of major strategic and/or enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure that these are on schedule, within budget, and according to set standards.
The position also assists in the development and implementation of processes, standards, and support services to facilitate the successful evaluation and implementation of key cross-functional projects that contribute to the attainment of the Company's strategic objectives.
