We are looking for Actuaries who are keen in working on M&A project, rare opportunity that hardly comes by!
The successful applicant will work closely with Group and local reinsurance experts to:
-Perform Gap analysis of the Reinsurance portfolio against guidelines and frameworks
-Plan, develop and implement the future Reinsurance Strategy
-Provide operational support for transferring existing treaties and negotiating new treaties
If you are a-
Nearly / Newly Qualified Actuary - 5+ years experience in (re)insurance industry
And bring with you:
-Experience in structuring Life reinsurance arrangements, including drafting and negotiating treaties
-Experience in developing Reinsurance Strategy
-Capital & Reinsurance Optimization experience (desirable)
