Oliver James has been engaged by a leading Global Life Insurance company to recruit a nearly / newly qualified Actuary who will assist and support the Head of Risk & Reporting.
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver technical work autonomously whilst also demonstrating good communication skills and stakeholder management. You will be interacting with senior management to develop stress testing, supporting with regulatory developments as well as assisting with ORSA reports.
Location:Hybrid model (office and home split) - Candidates must be based in Dublin or the surrounding areas
Duration: 10 months
Rate: Competitive market Rates - negotiable depending on experience
Required Experience:
- Nearly / Newly Qualified Life Actuary - 3+ years PQE or significant Life actuarial experience
- Strong financial reporting experience - solvency II, IFRS with a good knowledge of drafting ORSA reports
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to hit the ground running
