As part of the Compliance function, you will be responsible for overseeing the Compliance Systems and being the liaison between IT and Compliance. You will also be part of exciting initiatives to drive digital transformation within Risk Management.
You will be the subject matter expert for system related functionalities; assist in digital transformations within Risk & Compliance to improve efficiency; project manage initiatives relating to compliance systems and technology adoption and provide advisory on risk & compliance systems and recommend solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in system implementation, process improvement or project management within financial services
- Working understanding of compliance systems architecture and functionalities
- Understanding of risk and compliance processes
- Ability to write programming language such as SQL, Python etc.
- Ability to lead and drive projects independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
