We are seeking a highly skilled Cutover Manager to lead the end-to-end cutover process for an ECC to S/4HANA implementation. As the Cutover Manager, you will coordinate all activities related to transitioning from legacy ECC systems to the new S/4HANA platform, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute the cutover strategy for ECC to S/4HANA migration.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely preparation for the cutover.
- Create detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists.
- Lead go-live activities, managing risks and issues throughout the cutover phase.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
- Oversee system testing, data migration, and environment preparation.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during the transition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cutover Manager in large-scale ERP migrations, particularly ECC to S/4HANA.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in cutover planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, especially S/4HANA and ECC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage and mitigate cutover risks and ensure readiness.
