For an important client of our in the energy sector we are looking for a SAP Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with abilities to manage all IT services for maintaining SAP Alliance (SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and satellites) for a minimum period of one year.
Additionally the SDM is a main stakeholder for a large project portfolio, but which will be managed by a dedicated program. A close collaboration with the program and project organization is key for successfully integrating them into the run environment once delivered.
Large parts of delivery are offshored and in transition to a new contract. The change induced by this transition is to be managed.
You will be in lead of all Keep-It-Running & Maintenance services and maintaining service levels towards the business. You will coordinate with SAP domain leads to achieve the best results for the SAP service and ongoing projects. You will be the key person for the business and our own IT organization in regards to SAP Alliance.
Next to a thorough IT technical background and good knowledge in SAP/ERP, the candidate needs to possess good organization & management skills, ITSM knowledge as well as the ability to interact with the business to comprehend their requirements.
