My client, a global insurance company, is currently seeking an Endpoint Security Engineer to join an infrastructure integration programme on a long-term contractual basis.
Successful Security Engineers will possess / demonstrate:
- Experience working in Desktop Support, Desktop Engineering, or Security Operations teams supporting end user devices leveraging tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Jamf, and other third-party end point management consoles
- Experience building, testing and deploying packages (e.g., patches, new installs, software removals) for Microsoft, Mac and 3rd party software via SCCM and Jamf
- Experience operating in a diverse endpoint environment that supports Windows, Mac, Citrix, AWS Workspace and Microsoft 365 and Azure VDI environments
If you have:
- 8 years' experience working in Desktop Support, Desktop Engineering, or Security Operations teams (ideally from a financial services background)
- An understanding of End Point Management and inventory toolsets such as SCCM, InTune, UEM
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management
- Strong understanding of management platforms including Intune, SCCM, JAMF
