Senior Accountant
An award winning prestigious Health care Facility is looking for their next senior accountant to join their team in the heart of South Carolina. This facility was rated as one of the Top 25 Best Hospitals to Work for in the U.S. as well as one of the most successfully integrated health care systems in the Southeast.
Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Analysis and reconciliation of assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and process journal entries, consolidate financial statements prior to month end deadlines.
- Ability to independently analyze and perform, understand, and explain accounting principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Update trend analysis and provide appropriate data on investment transactions for cash flow statements and alert VP Finance and Director accordingly when investments are due to mature.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business or Accounting
- Minimum of 4 Years experience in Staff Accounting
- Healthcare Experience preferred.
