We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Insight Analyst to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business who's Data & Analytics function is going through an exciting period of growth & transformation
Currently implementing the latest cloud solutions as well as building a new bespoke CRM system, we are looking for a Senior Analyst that will be responsible for driving the analysis & reporting that supports the organisations understanding of customer analytics.
You will help the business understand their customer interactions between brands & the impact on marketing as well as customer acquisition / retention strategies. Providing strategic insight & recommendations
- To work closely with the Head of CRM to proactively drive & optimise their CRM Strategy
- Analysing & interpreting complex data in order to formulate relevant conclusions, making recommendations for stakeholders
- Providing regular standard data driven market intelligence information to the market insight team regarding the external business & individual landscape
- To synthesise complex & ambiguous information in order to drive forward actionable insights
- Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns & implications
- To provide regular data driven market intelligence information to the market insights team
We are looking for someone who is experienced in driving actionable insights from a variety of sources, with a focus on customer analytics.
This will be a varied role where you will get to use a variety of tools & languages
