Key nature of this Senior Business Analyst is to liaise with business stakeholders in Regional Treasury, Business Units and Project Team, to define and deliver requirements, options analysis and plans to support the development and implementation of Liquidity Analytics and associated infrastructure for a leading finance transformation project ina key regional insurance client project.
Gather, analyse and articulate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the delivery of Treasury solutions, using appropriate tools (including facilitation of workshops)
Work across the business with key stakeholders (inc Regional TreasuryRegional TreasuryOperations team) to review, capture and validate 'as is' and 'to be' Treasury operations matters in support of delivery of business and technology solutions and change
Translate business and user requirements into clear and concise User Stories
Support with the preparation of business cases and analytics use cases as required for the project in collaboration with Regional Office and Business Units
Work across the Regional Treasury business teams gy teams to understand the desired end user experience to support the design and implementation of changes to work practices, processes (including Governance), and systems
Perform process, system and data analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis, inter dependency analysis, root cause analysis or any other project analysis as required to ensure quality of project delivery
Deliver project document decks such as business solution designs, implementation plans, communication plans and adhoc analysis pieces
Oversee Sprint-based planning and delivery
Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by direct manager in order to meet business needs in the face of ambiguity
