A leading insurance carrier is looking to hire a Senior Claims Examiner for their for their specialist Product Liability unit. In this technical role you will be responsible for a range of product liability claims within the medical sector including mid to severe injuries caused by products, pharmaceuticals and other clinical / medical areas.
Key/Skills Experience Required:
- 3+ years product liability experience essential such as complex injuries causes by product defects
- Experience within medical / life sciences product liability preferred but not essential, we can also consider product liability such as electronics, manufacturing and other product defects
- Exposure to litigation and complex coverage investigation essential
- Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
- Bachelors Degree essential. Adjuster License beneficial.
This role is on a hybrid schedule from NY, NJ, IL, GA, TX or CT (3 days in office/2 days remote) with an excellent base salary of $100,000 - $130,000 plus up 15% annual bonus. You will also be on a clear career path into large loss product liability investigation within this niche medical area.
