Reporting to the Head of Consumer Claims, you will be responsible for providing quality claims services in Accident and Health claims, liaising with relevant stakeholders as and when required. You will also be in-charge for handling disputes and servicing of clients and working as part of a growing team.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a claims handling role
- Well-versed in industry requirements and practices
- Strong technical knowledge in handling complex A & H
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
