The primary task for this individual will be to provide day-to-day support of technology Infrastructure, consisting of Lenovo laptops, HP desktop PCs and Servers using the Windows Operating System; Cisco routers, switches and firewalls and voice systems.
- Level 1, 2 & 3 desktop support for Traders, Portfolio Managers and Analysts
- Level 1 application level support for trade execution and real-time P&L systems
- Level 1 & 2 Market Data service support including working with Front Office Teams to ensure use of market data is efficient and document requests for trading tool enhancements
- Establish and maintain service level relationship with local Technology service providers
- Perform daily AM and PM system checks as per documented procedures and distribution of status reports
- 24x7 on-call support duty
