For an important insurance group we are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join
in the IT - commercial marketing area of reality.
the figure must have gained at least 3 years of experience in the role of functional analyst in FS, in close contact with the development teams. Strong relational skills are also required, the figure must be able to guide business users.
Responsibilities and/or activities assigned:
* Gather business requirements
* Discuss solutions to propose to the Business
* Prepare a functional analysis document
* Perform software testing activities
* Design / implement test cases in collaboration with IT colleagues
* Interact with developers for the drafting of analyses Functional/Technical.
* Resolution of tickets in production.
* Scouting of market solutions and relationship skills with third party suppliers
