Senior Java Engineer | Health Tech | Lucerne
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a small but well established company within the health tech industry based in Lucerne, their product is used by the majority of hospitals in the German speaking cantons of Switzerland. Their aim is to utilise data and increase communication automation between hospitals and insurance companies.
The platform you will be working on has been around for 5-6 years and is being migrated to modern tech such as Java, Springboot, JavaScript and React. Your workload will be 80% back end focused and involve cloud testing. The platform is installed locally in hospitals which provides challenges of it's own such as firewall configuration. You will work in a SCRUM agile methodology with 2 week sprints.
This role offers 40% homeworking, 60% pension contribution, private events and a range of other benefits which will be provided towards the end of the process.
Tech: Java, Springboot, JavaScript, React
Experience: 3+ years experience, a degree involving computer programming
Essential Languages: German or Swiss German (fluent) and English
