Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will be leading a small team to drive an efficient risk management programme across the business. This involves developing, reviewing and implementing the Operational Risk Framework; rolling out operational risk initiatives; driving the risk awareness culture across the business; identifying where risk and control improvements can be made and making recommendations and partnering with the business to develop risk management strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10-12 years of relevant experience within financial services (in Risk or Internal Audit)
- Candidates from the Big 4 with a portfolio of clients in financial services are also encouraged to apply
- Strong risk mindset excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing a team or mentoring more junior staff would be preferred
- Ability to drive change and initiate process improvements
