This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a Senior Pricing Actuary; In this role you will have a great opportunity to apply your technical actuarial and modelling skills across a wide variety of activities. The role offers the opportunity for out of the box thinking, working on solutions to a broad range of challenges.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues and with subject matter experts throughout the business, both locally and within EMEA, and indeed globally.
This is a client facing role: you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver optimal solutions for them.
Experience required:
- Qualified actuary (FIA/FFA/FSA or equivalent) with several years' post qualified experience
- Appetite for a multi-dimensional role that is both highly technical and client facing
- Pricing experience
- Excellent knowledge of relevant statistical and actuarial models (where GLM, R would be an advantage),
- Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to produce accurate, high quality work, under pressure, managing multiple priorities and clients effectively
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills should be your strength
