Role Purpose
The role and purpose of a Resolution Specialist is to investigate and resolve complex issues related to customer accounts and transactions within a financial institution. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, while also ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
What will you do as a Resolution Specialist:
- you will be responsible for leading and managing certain cross-divisional projects, ensuring that they are completed within the scheduled timeline and meet the expected level of quality.
- You will support the Resolution Team Lead in responding to questions from internal stakeholders, regulators, clients and counterparties on Resolution readiness Program's status and development.
- You will offer your expert guidance and recommendations to Risk Management and other departments within the company on matters related to resolution planning, as needed.
- You will interact confidently with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization and be capable of delivering effective presentations at various levels within the company.
- You will help to ensure close alignment and integration of the resolution program across other on-going regulatory activities e.g., Internal Capital and Liquidity Planning Process; Recovery Planning; operational Resilience, etc.
