Our client is a top tier financial firm, and we are hiring for a Senior / Administration Officer to cope with their business expension in Hong Kong.
We are looking for someone with:
- Degree holder, preferably in marketing, finance, BBA, social sciences, or related disciplines
- Basic knowledge of various types of life insurance products
- Experience in life insurance field is a plus
- Proactive, strong analytical mind with business acumen
- Good project management, problem solving and communication skills
- Good team player
- Efficient MS application and Chinese input
- Fluent in written and spoken English
On the job you will:
- Analyze and prepare claims statistics reports.
- Assist in reviewing workflow and implementing continuous claims process.
- Implement claims strategies and assist the Head of Claims Department to manage daily operations.
- Responsible for different types of General Insurance Claims including
- Evaluating insurance claims to determine whether the policy liability is attached and, if so, how much we have to pay according to the policy terms and conditions.
- Approve different types of claims within authority.
