Job Title: Senior Strategy Consultant - Commercial Insurance and Corporate Strategy

Location: Warren, NJ and New York, NY

Salary: 120k to 170k

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant with extensive commercial insurance and corporate strategy experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our business units, with a focus on driving growth and profitability. You will work closely with senior executives to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance our competitive position in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability
  • Support the strategic planning process, and shape and drive the strategic direction of the business
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with Business Leaders and provide internal consulting and advisory support
  • Conduct market research on global macro and micro trends ad-hoc basis
  • Work with the key stakeholders across the company and execute on Everest's strategic priorities and deliver tangible and sustainable results
  • Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives and board members on strategic initiatives and business performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial insurance and corporate strategy, with a focus on Property and Casualty insurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
