Oliver James are representing a leading pensions consolidator with ambitious growth plans, seeking a Transitions Manager to join their business in London. (Candidates can reside anywhere across the UK, with 1 day per month in the office).
Within this role you will project manage all transitions from exclusive appointment, ensuring timely completion of all tasks in line with client expectations. You will support the pricing team and business development managers with transition related queries and take the lead on due diligence of ceding schemes. You work with the third-party administrator on operational tasks such as payroll funding and member calculations and ensure complete stakeholder management throughout.
- Previous experience of working in DB pensions consolidation or de-risking
- Good understanding of life and pensions industry is essential (DB pensions and the DB de-risking market)
- Working knowledge of operational/administration requirements in relation to DB pensions and de-risking products
- IFoA or PMI qualification would be beneficial, but not essential
