We are seeking a vastly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, defining technical strategies, and architecting solutions.

- Integration and Automation: Design and implement seamless integrations with third-party applications, automating processes and data exchanges for enhanced efficiency.
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Establish and enhance incident, problem, and change management processes within the ServiceNow platform to improve service delivery and IT operations.
- Service Catalog and Workflow Design: Develop service catalogs and custom workflows, aligning them with ITIL best practices and organizational requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and configure dashboards and reports to provide insights into service performance and operational metrics.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security controls and access restrictions within the ServiceNow platform to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.
- Service Level Management: Define and configure service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) to measure and improve service performance.
- Upgrades and Enhancements: Coordinate and manage ServiceNow platform upgrades and enhancements, leveraging new features and functionalities.
- Documentation and Training: Create detailed technical documentation and provide training to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow solutions.
