- Extensive ServiceNow experience in large corporate environments
- A customer-focused approach to work demonstrated by using a deep understanding of ServiceNow and directing project teams
- Provide advice to teams on the ServiceNow application and how this can be used to address business problems

- As the ServiceNow Platform Owner you will be responsible for the direction and management of the ServiceNow Platform
- You will be driving the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform to align with business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance
- As well as leading the ongoing service design by planning, implementation, and the maintaining of the ServiceNow roadmap
