- Managed Committee consolidation (most likely as a result of an M&A), and associated regulatory and operational dependencies
- Proven senior (C-suite) level stakeholders management
- Managing the business side of technology changes, ideally within an operations environment
- Managing regulatory changes, end to end
- Large focus on risk identification and mitigation.
