A client we are working with are searching for an interim Software Development Manager on a 12 month basis.
The company are in the middle of a digital transformation, focusing on a core banking migration. This is an opportunity for a Technical Software Engineering Manager to support the development of a growing Fullstack Java/ JavaScript application team.
Your experience should include;
- Experience in Software Engineering (Java, JavaScript & some AWS knowledge is desirable)
- Proven experience managing Software Development & Engineering teams
- Good understanding of large digital transformation projects, preferably in the Finance sector
- Ability to challenge stakeholders to support the best practice
Here are the details of the project:
- 18 to 24 month project
- Zurich based (60% onsite, 40% remote)
- Strong English speaking (German desirable)
