Job Title: Team Lead Workplace & Infrastructure
Job Type: Full-time (80-100%)

I am working with a leading business within the Healthcare industry who are searching for a skilled Team Leader to manage a small team and drive innovation in the IT systems.
You will lead a team responsible for back-end infrastructure, workplace systems, Citrix, VM's, and more. Your role includes; overseeing 2nd & 3rd level support, manage change processes and installations, collaborating with service providers, and contributing to infrastructure projects, focusing on data security and compliance.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience with expertise in Citrix, Azure, Exchange, and Cisco.
- Familiarity with device management, PowerShell, and ITIL knowledge.
- Strong analytic skills and structured, independent working style.
- Fluent in German (French and English are a bonus)
This position is hybrid-working based in Bern.
