- Ensure ownership and traceability of business requirements and functional specifications through the project life cycle
- Work closely with business team and relevant stakeholders to ensure user business requirements are properly converted from user requirements
- Perform verification and testing on the deliverables' quality from vendors/development team to ensure that they are aligned with the business requirements
- Work with the lead business analyst to define iterations and how to deliver more iteratively
- Experience in collecting requirements of AI applications (e.g. Chatbot, Recommendation Engine, Speech Recognition) from data scientists and business users in an advantage.
- Capacity of building strong working relationships with internal IT & business managers, and must be a team player
- Knowledge of UML, in particular TECHNICAL Use Case is essential
