TechOps Systems Manager (BMS & Security)

As a TechOps Systems Manager, you'll be central to our operations, managing and optimizing Building Management Systems (BMS) and security systems. Reporting to the Director of TechOps & IT, you will work closely with the Tech Ops Infrastructure Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and efficiency across our network.
What You'll Do:
- Lead System Implementation & Design: Develop and deploy state-of-the-art BMS solutions for HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management.
- Innovate with Commissioning & Programming: Create advanced control algorithms, conduct comprehensive testing, and ensure smooth BMS deployments.
- Ensure Reliability & Support: Offer top-notch support, execute system upgrades, and design effective training programs.
- Documenting & Reporting: Maintain detailed system documentation and produce insightful performance reports.
- Collaborate & Influence: Engage with clients, project teams, and vendors to exceed expectations and drive success.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in BMS design and programming, with expertise in Niagara BMS.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls, energy management, and industry standards (ASHRAE, LEED).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and solid vendor management experience.
