Leading insurer is seeking a Test Lead, with experience in Insurance, driving testing activity across transformation programmes.
A leading insurer is seeking to recruit a Test Lead to join its dynamic organisation , they currently have two major programmes with a busy pipe line. which span across Bordereaux Management and management information, alongside Reporting, Data & Analytics and Finance.
This is a great opportunity for a hands on testing specialist, looking for the next step in their careers to define testing framework, allowing you to make the role your own, working in reasonably fast paced environment with lots of autonomy.
They are looking for someone to establish the business testing capability. They do not currently have testing frameworks in place by coming in and implementing common testing framework, working across all levels of testing, working hybrid across execution and strategy. Your responsibilities will include -
- Working on test preparation and execution, supporting all areas of the business with their large scale technology changes, carrying out hands on executions, providing support, whilst being a single point of contact for all testing and validation.
- Analysing data requirements and performing data validation using SQL statements.
- Defining testing capabilities
- Engaging, building and maintaining relationships at all times.
In order to be considered for this role you must have a background in Insurance with experience in driving testing activity across transformation programmes ideally having worked with 3rd party suppliers and vendors.
You must have excellent stakeholder management skill, with experience working with Azure Cloud Platform, and knowledge of SQL. For this role you will need a hands on approach, happy to work with all levels of testing.
