Job title: Test Manager

Oliver James is on the lookout for Test Managers to join a thriving Bank currently undergoing a massive Digital Transformation. The successful candidate's support will be crucial to secure the long-term success of several multi-year greenfield projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone willing to take ownership and grow within an established business that went from 0 to 700+ employees in less than 5 years.
Tasks:
- Working on test strategies.
- Performing manual test.
- Managing a team of off-shore testers.
- Have a customisable strategy adapted to project needs.
- Generating test reports ensuring business satisfaction.
- Monitoring testing stages in parallel with project managers, tackling defects and escalate as required.
- Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders in testing-related topics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in Test Management roles where high levels of accountability are required.
- Resilience and willingness to work in complex projects.
- English (Must).
- Banking/Finance background (Desired).
