We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join a rapidly expanding team within a leading organization!
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a people-centric, collaborative environment. The role is some remote working, you just need to be able to get into their Manchester office once a week.
Experience and skills requirements:
- Extensive experience leading software testing function within an Agile Methodology
- Strong technical depth with the ability to converse at a technical level with development resource
- Previous leadership experience of a test team(s) in a role of equivalent level
- Significant experience defining programme level testing strategies with dependencies, underpinned by blended internal and external resourcing
- Experience embedding test automation and continuous integration technologies into a test function
- Resilient, confident, decisive and pragmatic leadership style
- Effective communication skills and the ability to converse effectively at both technical and non-technical levels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
