Your responsibilities:
- Advising on venture capital M&A transactions - series a, b, c and exits.
- Developing client relationships from a very early stage in your career.
- Leading on early stage transactions.
- Advising founders and entrepreneurs on all areas of corporate law.
Your profile:
- 1 - 3 years post-qualified experience as an M&A Associate. Venture capital M&A experience is not necessary.
- Excellent university exams with an aggregate score greater that 18 points from your first and second state examinations.
- Solid understanding of economics and how legal decisions will impact a business.
- A stylish communicator who is comfortable working in a team environment.
- Willingness and appetite to be an entrepreneur.
