Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop and oversee the overall financial budgets for your assigned regions
- Lead a team with a focus on driving performance and development by setting objectives and providing direction
- Develop sales and relationship management strategy with senior leadership with an emphasis on building relationships with clients, using market and sales trends
- Serve as a representative and participant in industry organizations to provide exposure for the business
Qualifications
- Track record of transformative leadership
- 12+ Years experience in relationship management, 5+ years of management, strategy, and influencing senior management/critical stakeholders experience
- Experience working with brokers/consultants, preferably with sales or account management direct experience.
- Executive presence and communication skills; ability to clearly articulate key points to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
- Group insurance product knowledge with a proven track record of delivering impactful business results
