Role & Responsibilities:
- Will own project management of projects, including deliverables and appropriate work.
- Work in the ACO and provider contracting space to provide reporting for senior leadership and help work on trends within the space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct actuarial research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Provide guidance on health insurance risk mitigation strategies
- Participate in the development and enhancement of actuarial methodologies and frameworks
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting health insurance
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- experience with Excel and SQL
- Qualified Actuary (FSA or ASA)
- Extensive experience in health insurance risk adjustment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of actuarial principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Professional integrity and ethical conduct
