The role of the Administrative Officer entails a variety of responsibilities related to administrative support, client management, and organizational coordination.
Responsibilities
As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing diverse client portfolios to ensure accuracy and proactive management.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Serving as a liaison between internal departments, fostering transparent communication and effectively managing and escalating issues.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information on banking products and services, and guiding them through account-related processes.
- Handling customer cases from start to finish, leveraging internal expertise to address complex queries with professionalism and care.
- Supporting the sales team by identifying and nurturing new leads, contributing to organizational growth and success.
- Contributing to the refinement of internal processes and enhancement of the customer journey, driving positive change within the organization.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in both Dutch and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in multiple languages.
