Our Swiss banking client are looking for a Product Owner to join on an initial 6 month contract to lead a scrum team for one of their new customer facing digital banking product (a new car leasing platform).
Responsibilities
- Agile Product Owner of the bank's customer and partner facing digital solutions (platforms, portals, mobile apps)
- Experience in leading agile teams as Product Owner
- Experience with SAFe framework
- Constantly optimizing team velocity, and working closely with Scrum Master to improve team velocity and code quality
- Customer-centric mindset: starting from customer-first in every aspect of your product. Understanding UX and working closely with UX team to constantly improve user experience
- Experience in mobile app development in a complex and regulated environment is a plus
Experience

- Entrepreneurship: strong bias towards action. Champion of own product inside organization
- Previous start-up or entrepreneurship experience is appreciated
- Experience developing product roadmaps, aligning them with business strategy and identifying new market and digitalization trends to explore
