Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with visionary leaders and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable Anaplan solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Anaplan models that empower our team to make strategic decisions with confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in insurance accounting, guiding the development of robust Anaplan models that align with industry best practices.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to integrate Anaplan seamlessly into our ecosystem, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing Anaplan solutions, ensuring they evolve in lockstep with our dynamic business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in insurance accounting, with a deep understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in Anaplan at Level 3 or Solution Architect level, with a demonstrated ability to architect and implement complex solutions.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical prowess and the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for building consensus and driving change.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, with a relentless commitment to excellence.
