Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in insurance accounting, with a deep understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in Anaplan at Level 3 or Solution Architect level, with a demonstrated ability to architect and implement complex solutions.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical prowess and the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.
