Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle and efficiently process auto insurance claims within given guidelines
- Investigate and evaluate policy coverage, liability, and damages
- Interact with customers, policyholders, and other involved parties to gather necessary information
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all claim activities
- Ensure fair and prompt settlements within policy coverage
Key Skills:
- Prior experience in handling and processing auto insurance claims (1-2 years)
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies and industry practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to investigate, analyze, and evaluate claims effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and software
