We are seeking a BI Analyst with strong skills in AWS, SQL, Power BI, and SSRS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions that drive actionable insights and informed decision-making. This individual will play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse and reporting infrastructure in AWS
- Build and maintain ETL (Glue) processes to transform and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and SSRS
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Optimize data models and queries to ensure efficient and scalable performance
- Conduct data analysis and data profiling to identify data quality issues and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse and reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data warehousing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in BI development, data warehousing, and analytics
- Strong experience with AWS (Glue), SQL, Power BI, and SSRS
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with data visualization and reporting best practices
- Familiarity with data quality and data governance concepts
