We are seeking a BI Analyst with strong skills in AWS, SQL, Power BI, and SSRS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions that drive actionable insights and informed decision-making. This individual will play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse and reporting infrastructure in AWS
      • Build and maintain ETL (Glue) processes to transform and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
      • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and SSRS
      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications
      • Optimize data models and queries to ensure efficient and scalable performance
      • Conduct data analysis and data profiling to identify data quality issues and ensure data accuracy and completeness
      • Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse and reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
      • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data warehousing


      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
      • 5+ years of experience in BI development, data warehousing, and analytics
      • Strong experience with AWS (Glue), SQL, Power BI, and SSRS
      • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills
      • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
      • Experience with data visualization and reporting best practices
      • Familiarity with data quality and data governance concepts
