Our client is a reputable company in the insurance industry, renowned for their commitment to providing high-quality services and innovative solutions to their customers.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage Business Process Outsourcing consultancy partner and ensure they are adhering to standards and agreed processes within the agreed contractual agreement.
  • Keep up to date and provide regulatory guidance and SME Knowledge within 3rd party business process outsourcing.
  • Support and provide advice to IT Category leads when required.
  • Develop and provide BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) expertise infernally.
  • Hold 3rd party BPO Partner accountable to standards around performance and governance in line with contractual arrangements.

Essential Experience:

  • BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Expertise.
  • BPO Expertise within insurance / banking
  • Experience of managing contract standards within BPO Space.
